Relatively young by the standards of much of the optical industry, German brand MYKITA is turning eight years old this summer, and is celebrating their quick rise to success by releasing a platinum version of one of their signature frames, the aviator-inspired Kimi. Like everything from the rest of the MYKITA collection, Kimi frames are carefully handmade in Germany. This version comes with polycarbonate mirrored lenses and is limited to only 300 pairs for this special edition. If you’d like to pick up a pair, head over to oki-ni, where they retail for £490 GBP (approximately $775 USD).
