PF Flyer Box Cut Center Hi Spring 2010

New for spring 2010, the everlasting modernism of PF Flyers’ 1953 Center Hi finds a new way of expression in the innovative Box Cut Center Hi. With a unique contrast-layered upper, which can be worn up or folded down, the angular reveal creates a pop of color to the basic background of the shoe. When the Hi top is worn up, the layered ankle panels reveal an angular pennant of color. Fold down the top layer of panels for fresh two-tone styling and lacing possibilities.
The Box Cut Center Hi features modern details including ballistic nylon fabrics, arc toecap counterpoint classic canvas, archival diamond tread and true Posture Foundation soles. It comes in three colorways this season and is available in stores now.

We take a look at the new Yves Saint-Laurent Spring/Summer 2010 Sneakers. The French high fashion house presents a series of mid tops, high tops and low tops. The sneakers comes with different premium leathers on the upper, and all feature in some way a large “Y” on the side-panels.

Nike 2010 Spring Aina Chukka Woven QS

For Spring 2010, Nike introduces its Aina Chukka Woven model, another extension of the brand’s focused lifestyle designs. Tagged as a quickstrike, the kicks fall in line with recent releases, featuring a vulcanized outsole with suede moc style detailing and woven uppers. Although they are scheduled to release early next month, there are pairs available for pre-order, for those eager to get their paws on them early.

CASIO G-SHOCK enters a colorful month for March as we preview some of the upcoming watches. Focusing away from the usual gang of DW-5600 and DW-6900s, the GA0110 model becomes the focus of this upcoming drop. A total of five models include some notable colors under the Hyper Colors pack including orange, yellow, blue, green and a multi-colored special edition piece as well. Available next month at select CASIO G-SHOCK dealers.

Creative Recreation for Barneys New York 2010 Spring Footwear

Having built a solid reputation and strong following throughout the past few years, Creative Recreation continues its onward march with a new set of colorways for Spring 2010, offered on three of the brand’s more popular styles. Both the Cesario and Testa, as well as the Dicoco, receive special color makeups, all being made exclusive to Barneys New York. A release is scheduled for this coming week, with retail set a $130-135 USD.

Supra NS 2010 Spring Strapped II

Wrapping up the Spring 2010 NS lineup from Supra is the Strapped II. Steve Aoki’s signature shoe has been completely redesigned from the original – the new model retains the signature four-strap design while sporting a taller cuff and lower-profile vulcanized sole. The Strapped II will be releasing over the next two months in Black Full-grain Leather, Grey Canvas and Acid Wash Denim versions.

CASIO G-SHOCK 2010 March Releases “Men In Earth Blue”

CASIO G-SHOCK continues on with its “Men In…” theme as we see two new releases under the “Men In Earth Blue” collection. The two tonal offerings are based off of some of G-SHOCK’s more technical models, the GW-9200 and its predecessor, the GW-9100. Although they fall under the same pack, the colors are slightly different with the GW-9100 embodying a lighter shade of blue. The collection will be available at select retailers for the month of March.

Solebox x Sinn U2 Diver Watch

Today we get a first look at an interesting new project by Berlin sneaker boutique Solebox. This time they worked with German watch maker Sinn on their U2 diver watch. The watch comes with a black case, black rubber bracelet and black dial, featuring a subtle Solebox logo and a few orange accents on the dial and the bezel. Hopefully we can soon tell you more about the project.
