Jordan Son of Mars "Stealth Blue"

Sneakerheads have had a love/hate relationship with the Jordan Son of Mars, but the silhouette seems to be picking up steam as of late. The “Stealth Blue” makeup is reminiscent of the Jordan 4 “Mist Blue” with a stealth grey mainstay accented by a university blue tongue, lining, and midsole. Hints of gold leaf throughout the shoe and on the heel branding adds the highlight needed to catch your eye while on shelves this August.

Lomography Fisheye Baby 110

Forty years since the 110 format film made its 1972 debut and three years after its 2009 production cessation, the good folks at Lomography present yet another fresh incarnation of it. The Lomography Orca 110 B&W Film is only the beginning, and it heralds a series of analog releases including color negative and color slide 110 films — definitely good news if you’re eyeing the Fisheye Baby 110. While the Fisheye Baby is compact and fits right in your pocket, it fully works like its predecessor, the Fisheye No. 2. Measuring a tiny 68.5 x 70 x 51mm without the film, the Fisheye Baby sports a 13mm 170-degree fisheye lens and features multiple and long exposure capabilities. The Fisheye Baby 110 Metal is essentially the Fisheye Baby 110 Basic with a PC flash adaptor for brighter shots. There are only 100 units available from the initial production batch so get yours soon.

Bon Iver x Keep Ramos Shoe

Indie music sensation Bon Iver (the stage name for singer/songwriter Justin Vernon) doesn’t seem like the first place one would expect to find a sneaker collaboration, but Los Angeles-based Keep footwear has made it a reality. The partnership was a natural one, as both Keep and Vernon share a common love for both music (of course) and animals — with a portion of the proceeds from sales of the shoe going to the Best Friends Animal Society. The limited edition collaboration shoe follows Keep’s classic Ramos silhouette, with a canvas upper, gum rubber sole, and a fishbone graphic across the toe. While the shoes aren’t expected to ship until October, pre-ordering starts from the Keep web shop on June 18, and extends until July 1.
