2013 Mercedes-Benz SL63 AMG

Revealed at the Geneva Motor Show, the new 2013 Mercedes-Benz SL63 AMG replaces the old SL with all the style and retro roadster panache that Mercedes can possibly muster. Despite shaving nearly 300 pounds from its previous iteration through carefully engineered aircraft aluminum inside construction, the SL63 body is actually larger on a number of fronts. The optional AMG package equips the SL63 with a twin-turbocharged 5.5-liter M157 V8, good for a nimble 557 ponies (compared to 530 for the standard factory specs) and a punchy zero-to-sixty in 4.1 seconds, impressively maxing out at 186 miles per hour. Just like the roadsters of yesteryear, the new SL63 is large and in charge, and dripping with a new-school swagger.
