Nike WMNS Air Max 95 EM “Cool Grey”
Engineered Mesh is one of the newest technologies in the Nike arsenal.
In addition to being lighter than other upper materials, EM allows
designers to adjust its shape to fit older silhouettes. Case in point,
the Air Max 95 EM. Seen here in a mostly cool grey
upper, the Women’s model is highlighted with hyper red across the toe
and heel. A white liner is mirrored over the white midsole, while white
laces finish off the design. The Nike WMNS Air Max 95 EM “Cool Grey” is
available now at Nike.com.

G-Shock 6900 February Releases

Nike Air Max 95 EM “Honolulu”
Nike produces a
special limited edition drop for NONFUTURE, called the Nike Air Max 95
EM “Honolulu.” An update of the Air Max 95 silhouette that influenced
Japanese street fashion with its popularity, the EM stands for
engineered mesh, alluding to the construction of the tonal green or
black upper the shoe comes in. Designed by Sergio Lozano, inspiration
was drawn from the human body, expressing the ‘back bone’ through the
hard molded shape of the outsole while the ‘muscles’ are displayed
through the textured upper layered on top. Certainly a very organic
looking shoe, the pair also features a reinforced heel panel and thick
rope laces. The runners appropriately derive their name from the
Honolulu marathon held every year in Hawaii.

Bugatti Gangloff Concept
While it may never come to actual fruition, preliminary images of the Bugatti Gangloff concept
certainly provide ample excitement for what the next generation
supercar may look like from the French manufacturer. Polish designer Pawel Czyzewski
drew inspiration from the 1938 Type 57 SC Atalante Coupe — but even
casual gearheads will note a nod to a current beast being churned out
dubbed the Veyron. In speaking about the project Czyzewski commented,
“In time of commercial trash and plastic it is hard to see something
that has a soul and is able to squeeze out a positive mark on the
heart.” This is obviously an attempt to harken back to a period of
exclusive and hand-built automobiles – with key design attributes
including muscular front fenders and rear shoulders and slender flanks
featuring the traditional blade-shaped air intakes.

Billionaire Boys Club 2013 Spring/Summer Collection First Delivery
Throughout its growth, Billionaire Boys Club
has managed to maintain its core, graphic-driven identity, while also
carving out space for more mature pieces each season. Moving into 2013,
spring/summer sees a very recognizably BBC aesthetic carrying over, as a
return to multi-camo (previously seen in its Bee Line
debut) as well as all-overprints, the Classic Logo, and plaids make up
the first drop for the year. Although much of the collection is likely
to be revealed over the next few weeks and months, the initial glimpse
at the Spring/Summer 2013 range looks to be very much in tune with what
we’ve come to expect from the Pharrell-backed label.

Herschel Supply Co. 2013 Spring Studio Collection
For 2013, Vancouver’s Herschel Supply Co.
sticks to the same winning formula that has made it so successful —
functional, affordable, simple design in an artist’s palette of colors.
This time around — and following our release of the Bad Hills “Bird
Print” collection — the accessories label delves deeper into the world
of graphic patterns with its “Embroidery” selection of backpacks. Taking
the Little America and Settlement into decidedly more visual territory,
each style is constructed from a durable Cordura fabric and features a
white, prep-inspired tennis racket motif on a black base.
Thom Browne style at a fraction of the price, Herschel Supply Co.’s 2013 “Embroidery” Collection is available now at the HypeBeast online store.

Rick Owens Black Monk Strap Military Dunk Boots.
Rick Owens
produces a rather curious melding of styles with his Black Monk Strap
Military Dunk Boots. Part military boot and part high top sneaker, the
pair features a buffed black leather upper that is half shrouded by a
large flap that fastens securely at the side with a monk closure. The
strength of the military boot is preserved with the height, silver studs
and angular overlays used, but is balanced out by casual elements of
the sneaker including a large rounded toe and thick white rubber
outsole. Available for $1,340 USD, you can score yourself a pair over at
SSENSE.
