Word is that while performing, he did a spin & fell to the floor with his head down due to the pain. A few men came from backstage to come carry Drake offstage. According to Miss Info, Lil Wayne then cracked a joke to the audience: "Damn, I knew that n—a’s knee was bad, but I didn’t know it was that bad! I thought he was just in a wheelchair on T.V." The rest of Young Money continued on with the show.
