Again the kicks are fairly Sk8 Hi inspired, but this time are cut a little higher and come in two premium leather options. Further details include waxed laces and the YSL logo embossed on the tongue. The Reflex Dial Series from G-Shock comprises three 5600 watches outfitted with a speckled “opal” dial. This new application offers a novel appearance that can be seen across white, purple and black gloss bodies. Available August 2010 in Japan.
Following the success of Terry Kennedy’s two signature sneaker lines with Supra, the Society and the Stack, additional colorways for each line have begun to hit retail stores as part of Supra’s fall collection. The Teal/Steel colorway is available in both models, while the Royal/Black offering is only for the Society line. These new styles are now available online and in-store at Supra and Krew’s Hollywood concept shop, Factory 413.

A new Quickstrike release from Nike SB has begun rolling out to retailers for the month of August. The Nike SB Dunk High Pro features a colorway inspired by one of Mexcio’s most popular beers, Tecate. The resulting colorway is a red, gold and black colorway. An important detail is the texturized gold side panel marked by a series of parallel lines. Available now at DQM as well as other Nike SB retailers.
CASIO G-SHOCK launch another new technological development within its range of robust watches. The debut of the GD-100 incorporates an all new lighting system. Having used EL backlighting predominately in the past, the GD-100 switches over to specially developed LED backlighting for lighting 6 times brighter than conventional LEDs. The first two colorways are a seen in black including an all-black version. The CASIO G-SHOCK GD-100 will release on September 30th, 2010.

In addition to his performance at Radio City Music Hall, JAY-Z has joined forces with Nike to create an iconic collection of Air Force Ones – the All Black Everything collection inspired by the World Basketball Festival. Nike has donated the shoes to the Shawn Carter Scholarship Foundation who in turn have linked up with eBay on a charity auction where the five unique pairs will raise funds for its mission to provide financial assistance to promising individuals upon acceptance into any accredited institution of higher learning.
One hundred percent of the funds raised will support the Shawn Carter Scholarship Foundation. The charity auction begins on August the 12, and bidders can visit www.ebay.com/jayznikewbf to enter a bid. Only two pairs of each of the five designs will be created, one for the winning bidder and one for the man behind the design, JAY-Z. Up and coming emcee Big Sean, of G.O.O.D. music, has been seen sporting the TI$A label in his videos and interviews, and has now become a featured spokesperson for the label. Ok….so earlier this morning KC released an uber exclusive Andre 3000 cut titled “I Do” off a new mixtape titled Limelight Exclusives. What’s even more interesting about this is several months ago, a couple Jeezy snippets leaked in result of his email account being hacked. Three clips were played, one of which, the last one actually was titled “I Do.”
And here we are. August 9, 2010….an unknown leak from Andre 3000 titled “I Do” surfaces. Now I’m not confirming anything, just putting the pieces together for you to draw your own conclusion. However, I think it goes without saying what’s happening here. Thank Me Later?
